In case of a cancellation made less than two months before planned start date, Kobæk Strand charges a cancellation fee (compensation), equivalent to 40% of the confirmed price.

Cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled start date, Kobæk Strand charges a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the confirmed price.

It is possible to cancel up to 10% of the number of participants indicated in the order confirmation for free, until 24 hours before the event start time - for events held in weekends or on holidays it is  however only possible until 10:00 pm. the immediately preceding business day. Here after cancelations and noshows are charged full price.

Cancellations, which must always be made in writing, means the cancellation, reduction, shortenig af the duration, relocation and similar substantial changes to the order confirmation.

Cancellation fee lapses to the extent that capacity is sold to someone else, which is quite possible of through our cooperation with Danish Conference Centres Booking Services Ltd
